Hello, Hello!
Well, I'm bored so I figured I'd blog for any of those that read this. I've been extremely overwhelmed with school work and what not. I officially got accepted into ASU's School of Art last Monday! I'm so excited and it's such a relief! So here's some projects I'm currently working on..
First off, sorry for the low quality.. it was taken with my phone. This is my ceramic vessel in progress.. It i
s based off of a greek vase I saw in a book. It was hand-built with coils.. weighs about 80 lbs I'd estimate. I'm still carving out leaves on the bottom. It still needs a lot of work!
This is an idea of what my screenprint will look like once I finish the process. The picture is of my uncle with his 2 sons. I took all the pictures and worked with them on photoshop.. not sure if I'm happy with the design, but the outcome might come out cooler once I print through the screen.
This is just a funky combination of 3 pictures overlaid ontop of each other. I thought it looked cool.
Well that concludes this blog. I'll post finished projects eventually.. :)
